5 Things you should not do in the morning

1.       1.Do not abandon  breakfast

In the first 2 hours of waking up eat because the body consumes half the major calories at night.
2.  Staying in bed with the smart phone
At you wake up don’t touch your phone for 30 minutes
.     3. Drink a glass  of clean water each morning on empty stomach it cleans up the whole body system
      4. Drink coffee 3 hours after eating
      5. Lay your bed after waking up
