EPL: Lukaku having negative impact on two Man Utd players – Rio Ferdinand

Former Manchester United captain, Rio Ferdinand, has said Romelu Lukaku is having a negative impact on two players at the club. Ferdinand, speaking to BT Sports, insisted that Marcus Rashford should be given an extended run in Jose Mourinho’s starting line-up. Lukaku was dropped from the side which beat Everton at Old Trafford last weekend, having embarked on a nine-game run without a goal in all competitions. Rashford himself was axed from the starting line-up at the Vitality Stadium, but staked his place for regular inclusion with a dramatic stoppage time winner and Ferdinand believes his all-round game marks him out as a better option than Lukaku to lead the line. “When you look at Lukaku his goal-scoring record is up there.
